Manish is passionate to help build leaders change capacity, resilience and trust. His  background has been in the areas of Organisational Change across Asia and Europe.  While working at the highest levels in Multinational Organisations and helping leaders  drive organisational change, his interest started to develop to build human capacity  to help them thrive in change and challenge leading his journey towards Resilience.

Prior to becoming a full-time coach Manish was Regional General Manager (Asia, Middle East, Africa) for Organisational Development for Fonterra, a top tier multi national consumer goods company.  He is also passionate about sharing and has delivered keynotes on managing change, resilience and engagement and has delivered keynotes at various talent & leadership  conferences in UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia. Manish holds an MBA from Asian  Institute of Management with additional post-graduate qualifications in Organisational Development from Heriot-Watt University, UK.


 Topic: From Managing Change to Building Resilience

As Project Managers take on the value-added hat of being a Change Catalyst, the question is how can project managers and teams can co-create and environment where individual capacity of change is addressed and the impact of change is reduced. In this talk, we will explore how the Project Managers can understand the Resilience Levels of the people going through the change and what can they do to build capacity and resilience within leaders and project teams.
This talk will cover topics around human performance drawing the best of sports science, neurobiology, medicine ,psychology and emotional intelligence and the speaker will share practical tips on building resilience within teams.
