Eric Conrad leads PwC’s Enterprise Transformation services across Asia Pacific. His focus is on helping clients create and deliver large strategy to execution engagements by bringing differentiated expertise, PwC thought leadership, and knowledge capital to bear on their most important problems.
Across his 30+ year career, the last 23 of which have been in Asia Pacific undertaking over 100 client projects, he has helped clients link strategy to business planning, technology deployment, and operational execution thereby creating significant value and competitive advantage.
He has acted as senior advisor, partner, and coach to many large national and multi-national organisations in assisting them in navigating fundamental change, new capability development, and large project execution. His work has been valued for helping clients to ensure the planned benefits of their investments are captured, that robust delivery quality is executed, and that the right governance and decision support are established to ensure momentum and success.
Eric has an MBA in International Business (1st in Class) from the University of Connecticut, USA. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Business Administration) from the University of Delaware, also in the USA.
