A Hundred Yes to A Hundred Requests with The Art of Strategic Alliance - The Complete Soft skill for Project Managers.

Project proposals, change requests and maximum stakeholders’ satisfaction can be easily obtained when you master the skills to address both, the heart and mind of people. Such a complete set of soft skills for project managers is contained in Gui GuZi's Art of Strategic Alliances & Diplomacy. Successes involve competition and partnership. The missing piece in the popular Art of War which only addresses competition is found in Gui GuZi's work of partnership and winning together. This talk starts with seemingly impossible situations to reveal the secrets of strategic alliances and persuasions. How to get the angry empress to forgo her favorite son? How to win back 10 cities without sending any troop? How did Steve Jobs get Bill Gates to invest in the dying Apple? Gui GuZi presents the principle of Open and Close - the Dao that unifies all. Open to embrace new ideas and people. Close to form a tight long-term relationship and completing the details of any plan. We can find answers to knowing people, discovering yourself, negotiations, picking the right partners, persuasion, leadership and more. We conclude with the 6D Strategic Alliance & Persuasion Framework that ensure you get affirmations and satisfaction in your projects.
