Eigenland® Workshop Project Management Maturity

Eigenland® is a novel 360°-assessment method to quickly and reliably analyze complex issues and situations by testing hypotheses across six perspectives in a hands-on, playful way. It offers teams a fast, simple, and structured way to understand, visualize and align on critical issues, identify necessary actions and build team confidence in less than a day.

Description:

The Eigenland® analysis is a combination of:

• Multi-sensory play experience using a proprietary 3D game setting
• Intuitive proposition review based on neuroscientific findings
• IT supported visualisation and immediate scoring with an iPad App
• Specialist moderation and collaborative proposition discussion

This workshop uses the topic of project management maturity to allow the participants to experience the Eigenland® methodology hands-on and to discuss and compare their own organization’s project management maturity with other participants using the following six perspectives:

1. “Mountains”: PM-Strategy & -Governance
2. “Ocean”: People & Stakeholders
3. “Rivers”: PPM-Processes, Tools & Systems
4. “Forest”: KPI’s, Project Performance
5. “Cities”: PPM-Organization
6. “Roads”: PM-Culture

About the Facilitator

Wolfgang Rabl is the CEO of next level consulting and an experienced Eigenland® practitioner. His experiences include the development and implementation of international project management standards in a telecommunications company, the implementation of corporate project management offices in the financial services, IT and telecommunications and non-profit sectors, and turnaround management in IT and telecommunication projects. He is a lecturer about project management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Project Management MBA program at the University of Salzburg Business School.
