Panel Discussion: Having Troubles in Your Project - Meet the Trouble-Shooters (2 PDUs)

Project Management is both a science and an art. There are many constraints and challenges faced by the project managers in the day-to-day work. Decisions have to be quick and timely, but the hurdles faced by the project managers are plenty. Worse still, they are unable to share their problems with their superiors or peers fearing organizational backlash. These project managers, who are still green in the job, yearn to share their issues face-to-face with an experienced person and listen to the wise counsel.
SPMI would like to give such an avenue for the troubled project managers who seek guidance. This forum will be headed by a panel of two experienced program/project managers.
