Notice was given on 16 May 2026 via our official Chapter website that the 2026 online Extraordinary General Meeting (EoGM) after 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Project Management Institute Singapore Chapter called for Saturday on 30 May 2026.
On behalf of the outgoing (2025-2026) Executive Committee (ExCo) team, we sincerely apologize for the delayed & refreshed nomination & election of next term (2026-2028) ExCo team as announced in 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the night of 30 April 2026. This was due to the postponed notification to Registry of Societies (ROS) by the chapter outgoing Secretary (2025-2026) about chapter 2025 constitution amendment which has already been approved in last year 2025 AGM on 29 Apr 2025 by majority chapter members.
ROS has given their final approval, on 15 May 2026, of the chapter constitution amendment after the E-Voting of RoS amendment of chapter constitution by majority voted chapter members concluded and announced in 26th AGM on the night of 30 April 2026.

As part of the EoGM, we will be holding Election for Executive Committee (2026 - 2028). In line with the 2026 constitution, this will be a two (2) year term of office.
