Have you ever been in a team? Chances are high that your answer is a “Yes”. What was your experience being a part of a team? Was it a pleasant and enriching or stressful and frustrating one? Do you look forward to being a part of a team or do you cringe at the first thought of it? Unfortunately, more often than not, it is the latter for most people. Wouldn’t you want to turn that around?
In this session, we will explore the importance of teams, the limitations they have and the characteristics of a Superteam. You will pick up tips, tools and techniques to elevate your teams to become more resilience, cohesive and effective.
