Elisabeth, Aarif, Bhamini, Chung are tired, stressed and overloaded. They have a huge list of tasks to finish by the end of the month and their stakeholders and bosses are putting a lot of pressure on them. Besides, their personal life is more and more affected.
In the two hours allocated for the Focus Group we will look at four case studies from different industries. The participants will go through a journey where they have to put together valuable advise for these Project Managers and Managers who no longer know how to plan their time.
