17 September 2014 | Focus Group Event | The Name of the Game is Risk! (Focus: Effective Use of the Risk Register)

Like the air we breathe, Risks are all around us. And like it or not, Risks impact us from every direction … even before our projects begin.

Of course Risks constitute both Threats and Opportunities

  • To what extent are Opportunities available to us without us having to face the downsides of Threats?
  • Is a Threat Still a Threat If You Can Manage it Effectively?
  • Is an Opportunity Still an Opportunity If You Can’t Manage it Effectively?

OBJECTIVE OF FOCUS GROUP EVENT
Risk is a broad spectrum covering both quantitative and qualitative perspective, and no less the human aspect. This short Focus Group will zoom in on the Risk Register – utilizing the Risk Register effectively to identify, analyse and plan for risks is a key starting point to leverage Opportunities and minimize Risks.
